A Little About MeWe are all here for the same reason. We want to make money, however we don't want to sacrifice our families in the process. And, why should we have to? I'm the mother of 7 beautiful children and 1 gorgeous grandbaby. Working at home allowed me to watch my children grow, home school, teach 'my' values, and countless other bonuses without losing the funds necessary to survive with today's high prices! Our newest addition, my grand-daughter, is now 5 months old. She is such a cutie, if I say so myself. It's amazing to watch her grow. My youngest is almost 13 years old, so having a new one around again is so much fun. Oh, the best part is being able to hand her back over to her mommy for a clean diaper or when she's fussy. Not to say that I haven't helped out with the dirty work, in fact I babysit when my daughter works, but I don't HAVE TO do it all of the time. Every day she seems to have learned or is learning a new thing. I am having such a blast helping her and her mommy. |

What is WAHM Board all about? It's a place where parents can come and read about issues that affect their lives. It's a place where parents can go to find tips and tricks on saving a few dollars. It's a place to go to find work at home opportunities. It's a place to go that allows you an outlet where you can chat with other parents. All in all, WAHM Board was created out of my general frustration with scams on the internet. |

With a household full of teenagers... it's hard to think, sometimes. There is almost always a crisis with one or another or all of them. I have noticed alot more grey hair lately. I blame them.  I love my children more than life itself, but ya know, sometimes I just wanna string them up and leave them hanging by their toes!! My hubby and I have the running count-down till they are finally all 18 and able to be 'set free'. |

I truly hate exercise. It is tiring, it makes me get all sweaty and dirty, and I'm always sore afterwards. My husband is big into walking, but that takes too long. I found out that an eliptical machine doubles the calories burned over just walking. This was great! I talked my hubby into buying me one. I don't use it, but I know it works!! I throw my jeans and shirts on it every day... and they keep getting smaller! |
